'Heart Beet' Yummy Smoothie
Sending spring vibes your way with a vibrant pink drink today! Since I first tried to make this recipe, I’ve fallen irrevocably in love with this smoothie. I find it a wonderful alternative if I don’t have the time or don’t really feel like eating anything solid for breakfast, or simply as a mid-day nutrient-rich elixir. It tastes good, looks good, and it is ridiculously easy to make. All you need to do is blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
What you need for 1 serve:
250ml of milk (or milk replacement of choice)
½ a medium banana
1 teaspoon of our ‘Heart Beet’ latte powder
¼ cup of frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon of maple syrup flavouring (optional) – I use this sugar free one from Woolies.
Enjoy!
